1612 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE - COVERING RECEPTACLES 1612.1 Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables located inside the food procession operation shall be kept covered after they are filled or if they contain food residue and are not in continuous use.
