1618. REMOVAL - RECEPTACLES OR VEHICLES

1618 REMOVAL - RECEPTACLES OR VEHICLES
1618.1 Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the premises by way of:
(a) Portable receptacles that meet District law; or
(b) A transport vehicle that is maintained and operated according to District law.
