2809 PREVENTING CROSS CONTAMINATION FROM ICE 2809.1 Ice that is not made on site in the shellfish operation facility shall be inspected upon receipt and rejected if the ice has not been delivered in a manner that is protected from contamination. 2809.2 Ice shall be stored in a safe and sanitary manner to prevent contamination.
