3516 ADMINISTRATIVE - SUMMARY SUSPENSION OF LICENSE OR DEALER CERTIFICATION, CONDITIONS WARRANTING ACTION 3516.1 The Department may summarily suspend a license or dealer certification to operate a food processing operation if it is denied access to the food processing operation to conduct an inspection, or determines through an inspection, or examination of employees, food, records, or other means as specified in this Code, that an imminent health hazard exists.
