3116. EXPEDITED APPLICATIONS

3116 EXPEDITED APPLICATIONS 3116.1 The Board shall have the authority to expedite applications; provided: (a) The Office of Planning recommends expediting the case and indicates the reasons an expedited processing is necessary and desirable; and (b) Expediting the subject application shall not result in removing another application from the hearing agenda for that date.
