405 DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION ─ TANNING EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES, AND SUPPLIES, BULBS, SHIELDING* 405.1 Each ultraviolet lamp contained within the sunlamp product shall be shielded by two (2) one-piece covers (top and bottom) without cracks or breaks in the acrylic surfaces to prevent contact with the user.
