613 PHYSICAL FACILITIES ─ REMOVING DEAD OR TRAPPED BIRDS, INSECTS, RODENTS, AND OTHER PESTS 613.1 Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from a trap or the traps shall be discarded from the premises at a frequency that prevents accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of other pests.
