703 REPORT OF FINDINGS ─ ISSUING REPORT AND OBTAINING ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT 703.1 At the conclusion of the inspection, the Department shall provide a copy of the completed inspection report and the notice to correct violations to the operator and request a signed acknowledgment of receipt. The most recent inspection report shall contain a listing of violations by area in the operation and inspection item with corresponding citations to applicable provisions in these regulations and shall be conspicuously posted in the reception area next to the body art establishment’s license.
