807 ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW ─ SUMMARY SUSPENSION OF LICENSE, CONDITIONS WARRANTING ACTION 807.1 The Department may summarily suspend a license to operate a body art establishment if it is denied access to the body art establishment to conduct an inspection, or determines through an inspection, or examination of operators, employees, records, or other means as specified in the regulations, that an imminent health hazard exists.
