810 ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW ─ SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TIME FRAME FOR REINSPECTION 810.1 After receiving a handwritten request or a request by email, phone, or fax from the operator stating that the conditions cited in the summary suspension order no longer exist, the Department shall conduct a reinspection of the body art establishment for which the license was summarily suspended within three (3) business days of receiving the operator’s request.
