2010 PUBLICATION OF FINAL DECISIONS 2010.1 A decision of the Department under D.C. Official Code §§ 2-501 et seq. (2001) shall be enforceable in a court of competent jurisdiction. 2010.2 Final decisions shall be published in the D.C.
