2705 BORROWER ASSISTANCE AND RESOURCE INFORMATION FORM 2705.1 The Borrower Assistance and Resource Information Form (Form FM-1BA) required by Subsection 2703.3(a) shall be in the form as prescribed by the Commissioner and available on the Commissioner's website at http://disb.dc.gov, and shall include all information required in Form FM-1BA.
