205 REPORTING 205.1 If the Authority grants an exemption determination certificate in accordance with this chapter, the Authority shall periodically transmit to the Chief Financial Officer: (a) The individual's name, Social Security number or Tax Identification Number and exemption determination certificate number; and (b) Other information based on consultation between the Authority and the Chief Financial Officer.
