9900. DEFINITIONS

9900 DEFINITIONS 9900.1 When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed: “Authority” means the District of Columbia Health Benefit Exchange Authority established pursuant to Section 3 of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 31-3171.02). “Health carrier” has the same meaning as provided in Section 2(6) of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 31-3171.01(6)).
