125. UNEXCUSED ABSENCE OF A PARTY

125 UNEXCUSED ABSENCE OF A PARTY 125.1 The unexcused absence of a party at the time set for a motion or merits hearing will not be occasion for delay. In the event of such absence, the hearing will proceed and the motion or case will be regarded as submitted on the record by the absent party.
