128 CONFLICT OF INTEREST 128.1 Board employees may not engage in outside employment, including the practice of law, that is incompatible with their duties and responsibilities on the Board or as District government employees, as provided in Title 6-B, Chapter 18, of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations, as amended.
