208 ELECTION OF PROCEDURE 208.1 After the complaint, answer, appeal file and any supplemental pleadings have been filed, each party shall inform the Board whether it desires a hearing, as prescribed by Section 211, or whether it desires to submit its case on the record without a hearing, as prescribed by Section 209.
