819. SERVICE

SERVICE 819.1 Documentation that is required by this chapter to be served on an applicant or a respondent shall be served at the last known address of the applicant or respondent on file with the Department, or any representative thereof. Service shall be to: The business enterprise or majority owners or any representative’s mailing address as provided on the application or otherwise updated with the Department by: Personal delivery; Use of a process server; Certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; or The business enterprise or majority owners or any representative’s email address as provided on the application or otherwise updated with the Department. The Department will maintain an email-generated delivery receipt system.
