2021 COMPENSATION OF WITNESSES 2021.1 Each witness, other than an officer or employee of the United States or the District of Columbia, shall receive for his or her attendance the fees prescribed by D.C. Official Code § 15-714 for witnesses in civil cases. 2021.2 All witnesses shall receive the allowances prescribed by D.C. Official Code § 15-714 for witnesses in civil cases.
