10110 MANDATORY REPORTING 10110.1 All EPD Waiver case managers, authorized representatives, and employees of the VF/EA FMS-Support Broker entity shall be required to report any suspected instance of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a Services My Way participant to DHCF and Adult Protective Services.
