10407 ACCESS TO RECORDS 10407.1 Eligible providers shall allow appropriate DHCF personnel, representatives of the United States Department of Health and Human Services and other authorized agents or officials of the District of Columbia government and federal government full access to all records during announced and unannounced audits and reviews.
