10904 FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 10904.1 For the purposes of determining an applicant’s eligibility under § 10900.3, the Department shall apply the modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) methodology rules in accordance with § 9506 of Title 29 DCMR.
