729. LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING (C-2)

729 LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING (C-2) 729.1 Enlargement of an existing laundry or dry cleaning establishment that contains more than twenty-five hundred square feet (2,500 ft.2) of gross floor area shall be permitted in a C-2 District as a special exception if approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment under ยง 3104, subject to the provisions of this section. 729.2 [DELETED] 729.3 Any noise or odor shall not adversely affect the neighborhood. 729.4 Dangerous or otherwise objectionable traffic conditions shall not be created. 729.5 The Board may impose additional requirements as to the location of the building and other structures, the location of equipment, and other requirements as the Board deems necessary to protect adjacent or nearby property.
