1450. PERSONAL NEEDS ALLOWANCES

1450 PERSONAL NEEDS ALLOWANCES 1450.1 The Department shall allow each eligible individual to retain a personal needs allowance in accordance with 29 DCMR § 9804.4. 1450.2 Each individual entitled to a personal needs allowance pursuant to § 1450.1 shall retain the personal needs allowance from his or her monthly SSI benefit amount. 1450.3 The personal needs allowance in § 1450.1 shall be one hundred dollars ($100) per month.
