1606 RECORD KEEPING 1606.1 Each child-placing agency shall maintain financial records of all receipts, disbursements, assets, and liabilities in such a manner as to facilitate adequate financial reporting and shall establish an accounting system capable of tracking all movements of funds and the actual expenditures for each case.
