1809 CERTIFICATION OF FUNDS AVAILABILITY 1809.1 Before an award can be given final approval and deemed formally awarded, the Department’s Grant Officer shall obtain a Certification, approved by the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, indicating that the grant amount has been appropriated and budgeted for the fiscal year.
