1899 DEFINITIONS When used in this chapter the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed: Application Package – A group of specific forms and documents for a specific funding opportunity, which are used to apply for a grant. Disallowed Costs – Charges to a grant award that the awarding agency determines to be unallowable in accordance with applicable federal cost principles or other terms and conditions in the grant. Notice of Funding Availability – A publicly available document by which a District agency makes known its intentions to award grants, usually as a result of competition.
