2201 OPERATION OF DESIGNATED ISOLATION AND QUARANTINE SITES 2201.1 The Department may designate and operate isolation and quarantine sites for individuals experiencing homelessness who have tested positive for COVID-19, or are exhibiting symptoms of another communicable disease that is communicable by air or casual contact, in accordance with public health guidance and in consultation with the Department of Health (โ€œDOHโ€). 2201.2 The Department may designate and operate non-congregate mitigation sites for individuals experiencing homelessness whose medical condition or advanced age place them at an increased risk of contracting COVID-19 or suffering its worst effects. 2201.3 A designated site under this section shall be administered in a manner consistent with current public health guidance and public health and contagion mitigation practices as determined by the Department in consultation with DOH.
