2699. DEFINITIONS

2699 DEFINITIONS
2699.1 When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed:
Department - the Department of Human Services.
Director - the Director of the Department of Human Services.
Spouse - the husband or wife of the deceased person.
