2815. AUTHORIZATION FOR CREMATION

2815 AUTHORIZATION FOR CREMATION
2815.1 Authorization for cremation of a decedent shall be obtained from the next of kin and the Chief Medical Examiner.
2815.2 The Registrar has no jurisdiction over disposal of the ashes of a deceased person.
