229. NOTICE OF RIGHT TO HEARING

229 NOTICE OF RIGHT TO HEARING 229.1 Each licensee shall be informed, both orally and in writing, at the time of licensure of the following: The right to request a full evidentiary hearing before OAH; (b) The method by which a hearing may be obtained, as provided in § 232 of these rules; (c) The right to be represented by legal counsel, relative, friend, or other spokesperson, at the licensee’s own expense; and (d) The right to a qualified interpreter, if a party or a party’s witness is deaf or, because of a hearing impairment, cannot readily understand or communicate the English language.
