SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY These rules shall apply to the sharing of health and human services information (HHSI) between District of Columbia (District) agencies (Agency or Agencies) and the Agency’s service providers (Provider) in accordance with the Data-Sharing and Information Coordination Amendment Act of 2010, effective December 4, 2010, as amended (D.C.
