3902 LIMITATIONS 3902.1 The total amount of compensation to an individual member during a calendar year may be capped by the ICH based on the form of compensation available or chosen, or other criteria established by the ICH. 3902.2 The provision of stipends to eligible members is subject to the availability of funding and the availability of administrative mechanisms and resources to implement the payment of stipends. 3902.3 Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to create an entitlement (either direct or implied) on the part of any individual to compensation as authorized by this chapter.
