4208 ACCESS TO RECORDS 4208.1 Each provider of waiver services shall allow appropriate DHCF personnel, representatives of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and other authorized designees or officials of the District of Columbia government and federal government full access to all records upon request and during announced or unannounced audits or reviews.
