4518 ACCESS TO RECORDS 4518.1 Each FQHC shall grant full access to all records during announced and unannounced audits and reviews by DHCF personnel, representatives of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and any authorized agent(s) or official(s) of the federal or District of Columbia government.
