5002. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

5002 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 5002.1 To be eligible to receive PCA services, a Medicaid beneficiary must meet all of the following qualifications: (a) Be unable to independently perform one or more activities of daily living for which PCA services are needed; (b) Be in receipt of a written order for PCA services in accordance with Subsections 5006.1 and 5006.2; and (c) Be in receipt of a PCA Service Authorization in accordance with Section 5003.
