5310 GRIEVANCE SYSTEM - THE DEPARTMENT 5310.1 Each AFDC or AFDC-related recipient that is aggrieved by an individual decision of the Department affecting that recipient’s right to select a provider or receive a covered service through the District’s Medicaid Managed Care Program shall be entitled to a hearing before the Department’s Office of Fair Hearings as provided in D.C.
