5609 GRIEVANCE SYSTEM - THE DEPARTMENT 5609.1 Each enrolled child who is aggrieved by an individual decision of the Department affecting that child’s right to select a provider or receive a covered service through the D.C. Medicaid Managed Care Program for Disabled Children and Youths shall be entitled to a hearing before the Department’s Office of Fair Hearings as provided in D.C.
