6107. CONFIDENTIALITY

6107 CONFIDENTIALITY 6107.1 CFSA shall maintain the confidentiality of information and records concerning an application for or receipt of a permanent guardianship subsidy. Information or records may only be released as provided by applicable provisions of District or federal law.
