6249. POWER TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

6249 POWER TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT 6249.1 The facility shall not use lawn mowers, hedge clippers and other similar equipment in an outdoor play area when a resident is present in the play area. The facility shall store such equipment in a locked storage area which is not generally accessible to residents. This section shall not prohibit facilities from allowing the residents to use such equipment under staff supervision or direction.
