6302. LICENSING RESPONSIBILITY

6302 LICENSING RESPONSIBILITY 6302.1 CFSA shall license all independent living programs operating in the District of Columbia except for those that are established to serve children adjudicated delinquent or in need of supervision, or children alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, pursuant to D.C.
