1100. INTRODUCTION

INTRODUCTION
This chapter identifies waterfront regulations proximate to the Potomac River, Anacostia River, or Washington Channel.
Waterfront regulations are intended to provide for:
Physical and visual public accessibility to and along the waterfront;
Protection of natural resources along the waterfront;
Open space along the waterfront; and
Use restrictions in the one hundred (100)-year flood plain.
