6514. BARIATRIC CARE REIMBURSEMENT

6514 BARIATRIC CARE REIMBURSEMENT 6514.1 The add-on reimbursement rate for bariatric care shall be thirty-nine dollars ($39.00) per day for each resident. A public notice of any changes in the bariatric care reimbursement rate shall be published in the D.C. Register at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the changes.
