1302. MATTER OF RIGHT ANTENNAS

MATTER OF RIGHT ANTENNAS All antennas that comply with the applicable provisions of this chapter are permitted as a matter of right in all zones, except broadcast antennas, which shall not be permitted in residence zones. No signs of any kind, including advertisements, may be placed on any antenna, unless necessary for the safety of the public.
