8601 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 8601.1 The demonstration program does not amend or change District of Columbia Medicaid eligibility requirements, standards, or methodologies set forth under the District of Columbia Medicaid State Plan and applicable regulations under Title 29 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulation (DCMR) . 8601.2 Services outlined in this chapter shall be available to individuals enrolled in District of Columbia Medicaid Program to the extent that the individual meets the criteria established for the service in this chapter.
