9415 UNIVERSAL CONTRACTING 9415.1 Effective October 1, 2020, all enrolled hospitals, hospital-affiliated physician groups, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and FQHC Look-Alikes shall be required to contract with District Medicaid managed care organizations for the same scope of services set forth in their Medicaid provider agreements with DHCF.
