1702 PERSONS UNDER AGE EIGHTEEN 1702.1 No person shall knowingly permit any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to participate as a player in a bingo game to purchase raffle tickets or participate in Monte Carlo Night parties in accordance with D.C.
