2111. IDENTIFICATION BADGES

IDENTIFICATION BADGES The Office shall issue identification badges to Licensees and employees, officers and directors of Licensees. The identification badges shall be in the form prescribed by the Office. The identification badge shall be worn by the Licensee or employee, officer or director of the Licensee in a clearly visible location above the waist, while the Licensee or Licensee’s employee, officer or director is present within the Sports Wagering Facility or any facility that houses sports wagering equipment.
