613 DISSEMINATION OF WINNING NUMBERS INFORMATION 613.1 The dissemination and publication of winning numbers by telephone or in the media is for informational purposes only, and the Agency shall not pay a prize based upon information obtained from the LOT LINE or any source other than the official draw results electronically recorded in the central computer system.
