1017. PENALTY

1017 PENALTY 1017.1 A violation of this chapter shall be subject to: (a) The fine or penalty set forth in Chapter 20 of this title; (b) Impoundment of the vehicle pursuant to the provisions of the Taxicab and Passenger Vehicle for Hire Impoundment Act of 1992, effective March 16, 1993 (D.C. Law 9-199; D.C. Official Code § 50 -331 (2014 Repl. & 2015 Supp.)); License suspension, revocation, or non-renewal; or (c) Any combination of the sanctions listed in this subsection.
